Attorney Mellany Marquez-Kelly, raised in Cape Coral Florida is a native of SouthWest Florida. She graduated from Bishop Verot Catholic High School, in Fort Myers, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in the year 2002.
In the year 2006 she obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law.
Attorney Marquez-Kelly is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the United States District Court. She founded and successfully managed Marquez-Kelly law firm in 2013 and then in 2021 merged her thriving practice with Your Advocates Law Firm in Fort Myers, Florida as a Managing Partner. Her areas of practice include Dissolution of Marriage, Paternity, Guardianship, and Family Law matters.
